You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable law to use the PUNYAKA platform. If you use the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

PUNYAKA is a spiritual and devotional services platform that may provide or facilitate:

• Priest booking
• Consultations
• Pooja, havan, and ritual coordination
• Virtual or in-person services
• Pooja samagri and other products
• Events, devotional experiences, and related offerings

Depending on the service, PUNYAKA may act as:

• A direct service provider
• A technology platform
• A facilitator or marketplace connecting users with priests, consultants, vendors, and other partners

Accordingly, certain services may be fulfilled by third-party priests, consultants, sellers, vendors, or logistics partners.

To access certain services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• All activities under your account

PUNYAKA may suspend or terminate accounts found to be fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or non-compliant.

A booking is considered confirmed only after successful acceptance, availability confirmation, and payment, where applicable.

PUNYAKA reserves the right to reject, cancel, or modify bookings due to:

• Unavailability
• Verification issues
• Safety concerns
• Operational constraints
• Pricing errors
• Legal or regulatory reasons

All prices displayed on the app may include or exclude taxes, service fee, travel fee, convenience charges, delivery charges, or other applicable charges, as disclosed at checkout. You agree to pay all charges applicable to your booking or order.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. PUNYAKA is not responsible for delays or failures caused solely by banks, payment gateways, or network systems.

You agree to:

• Provide correct booking details and address
• Remain reachable for service coordination
• Behave respectfully toward priests, support teams, delivery partners, and vendors
• Not misuse the platform or any spiritual service
• Not upload unlawful, offensive, misleading, or infringing content

PUNYAKA may assign or substitute a priest, consultant, vendor, or partner based on availability, geography, specialization, language, sampradaya, or operational requirements. While PUNYAKA aims to match preferences wherever possible, exact provider availability is not always guaranteed.

PUNYAKA does not guarantee any specific divine, spiritual, emotional, financial, astrological, personal, or religious result from any ritual, consultation, or service. Any mention of benefits, significance, or outcomes is based on traditional belief systems and informational context.

Consultations offered through PUNYAKA are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, legal, financial, or tax advice unless expressly stated otherwise by a duly qualified professional.

PUNYAKA will make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. However, product colours, packaging, availability, and presentation may vary due to sourcing, seasonality, display settings, or customary differences.

All cancellations, refunds, replacements, and rescheduling requests will be governed by the PUNYAKA Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

If you submit reviews, comments, feedback, images, videos, or other content on the app, you confirm that:

• You have the right to share it
• It does not violate any law or third-party rights
• It is not abusive, defamatory, or misleading

You grant PUNYAKA a non-exclusive right to use such content for platform operations, moderation, analytics, service improvement, and promotional use, subject to law.

You shall not:

• Commit fraud or impersonation
• Abuse or harass any priest, partner, employee, or user
• Disrupt app security or infrastructure
• Upload malware or harmful code
• Misuse promotional credits, refunds, or payment systems
• Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform without authorization

PUNYAKA may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the app or any service if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your activity is unlawful or suspicious
• Required by law or regulatory authority
• Needed to protect platform integrity or user safety

All rights in the PUNYAKA brand, app, website, design, content, technology, and materials are owned by or licensed to PUNYAKA. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.

PUNYAKA may integrate third-party tools or services including payment gateways, chat systems, video tools, logistics providers, maps, and communication services. PUNYAKA is not responsible for independent third-party services beyond its legal obligations.

The app and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PUNYAKA does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate operation at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PUNYAKA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill, or expected spiritual outcome.

Subject to applicable law, PUNYAKA's total liability arising out of any specific transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for that transaction.

You agree to indemnify and hold PUNYAKA harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the app
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party right
• False information or unlawful content submitted by you

PUNYAKA shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, internet failures, transport disruption, illness, public unrest, or similar events.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction, subject to any valid arbitration clause adopted by PUNYAKA.

PUNYAKA may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted in the app or on the website. Continued use of the app after such an update shall constitute acceptance.
